His understanding of the markets is deep and wide, enabling the fabrics division to consistently post growth in sales and retain its position right at the top. His experience with the burgeoning domestic market is an asset, as the group looks inwards at India as a market for its various products, even as it expands globally.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, Rahul Jain played a key role in establishing the men’s wear brand, Stanza, for the domestic and international markets. His background and his understanding of global business, is vital as the group readies itself for the future.

A science graduate and member of FICCI, she heads the apparels division of the company for many years. As the first Woman Director on the Board, she brings important gender diversity.

A doctorate from Mewar University in Rajasthan, Dr. Sanghani is a Counselling Psychologist with a private practice as well as deep involvement with social and charitable causes. An avid outdoor person, she is an inspiration to people of all ages and all walks of life and brings an important balance to the Board.

He holds a Research Fellowship in Modern Algebra from IIT Delhi; is a MSc in Pure Mathematics from Andhra University, and a BSc from Andhra Loyola College. With over 30 years of experience in banking and finance he excelled in Treasury Operations, International Banking, Retail Banking, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Credit Monitoring. He has served as the Executive Director of Indian Overseas Bank and Managing Director of Bank of Baroda Asset Management Company Ltd. and has been part of several key committees, including the RBI and FIMMDA, contributing significantly to the banking and finance industry.

Mr Prashanth is a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Mumbai, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. With over 25 years of experience, he has been instrumental in shaping the strategy and growth of Virchow Laboratories Limited since 1999. His expertise includes Corporate Finance, Treasury Operations, Chemical Plant Equipment Design, Pharmaceutical Quality Systems, Product Costing, Taxation, partnerships, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution.

Mrs. Paulomi Romi Dhawan is a seasoned Brand Builder and Media Marketing Communications Advisor with 40 years of experience. She has enhanced the brand equity of leading Indian brands across various sectors. As a Strategic Advisor, she has guided CMDs, CEOs, and Boards in media investments, marketing, and brand communications. She has led socially impactful projects, such as “Adopt a Village,” and serves on the boards of SHED (Society for Human & Environmental Development) and Make-a-Wish Foundation of India. Her strategic vision in media and commitment to social impact have made her a respected figure in both corporate and social sectors.

A Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Paras Jain has had a stellar career spanning over two decades, a major part of which has been with the Pokarna Group.

Prior to becoming CEO in 2019, he served as Chief Operating Officer and is credited for leading transformational change at Pokarna by rebooting strategy, organisation, culture and people.

As CEO, Paras is responsible for ensuring that Pokarna is a not just a company but a powerful asset for all its stakeholders – employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders and communities. He brings his years of leadership experience with proven capabilities in full-cycle profit-and-loss financial management, operations excellence and strategy execution through methodical business and culture transformation.

Khyati holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and has over two decades of expertise in areas such as brand establishment, relationship cultivation, and strategic formulation. She possesses a proven track record of successfully enhancing brand prominence and achieving organizational goals through building partnerships with various stakeholders, including government, academia, and industry. Before assuming the role of Vice President, she served as the CEO at The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI).

Khyati has received prestigious awards such as Telangana’s Woman Leaders Award by the World Women Leadership Congress, Certificate of Commitment from the World Book of Records London, and the Abhinandana 2020 Shining Star Women Achiever Award, among others.

In her current role as Vice President, Khyati is responsible for the company’s brand building, domestic expansion and experience centre, and enhancing the overall experience for customers, partners, and stakeholders. She serves as the bridge between the company and stakeholders, aligning strategic goals with these relationships.

A chemical engineering graduate from India’s own ‘Ivy League’ institute, BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) in Pilani, Rajasthan, Vedant began his career at Pokarna in 2013 and soon became leader of product research and development at Pokarna. In this role, he oversees new products design and development through a relentless focus on innovation and quality. His experience and strong track record of developing new products as well as improving operational performance is in perfect synergy with Pokarna’s current needs and orientation.

Ravi, also a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from BITS, began his career at Pokarna in 2013 and now leads all manufacturing activities at Pokarna. In this role, he oversees day-to-day production activities with a constant focus on improving operational excellence. His broad operational expertise, combined with his research and development experience, are key elements in leading Pokarna’s manufacturing activities.

He leads procurement function, partnering with all operational functions to unlock potential efficiencies and value within the entire Pokarna supply chain. An MBA with over 25 years of experience, Thejo has been instrumental in transforming Pokarna’s supplier relationships since 2014 by providing strategic solutions to sourcing and supplier engagement. An important catalyst for productivity and growth.

Radhakrishna is responsible for optimising Pokarna’s investments in IoT systems, Industry 4.0 and machine automation to drive operational efficiency and increasing OEE to enhance plant performance. Since 2019, Murthy has been playing a key role in Pokarna’s operations and has over 25 years of experience in engineering and industrial automation, construction, maintenance, plant start-up and commissioning assignments.

He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the fabrication department. Since 2014, Kameswara has acquired a wide range of hands on quartz processing expertise which helps him to confidently direct complex projects, while creating and improving fabrication processes. A mechanical engineering graduate, with over 20 years of experience in castings, he has a proven track record in new product development at Pokarna.
